Enough talk, let’s add Agile Results to your calendar:

1.  Add Monday Vision to Your Calendar

Create a recurring appointment for Monday Vision on Mondays.

In the Monday Vision reminder, add the following question to the body:

“What are your three wins for the week?”  (Write them down.)

2.  Add Daily Wins to Your Calendar

Create a recurring Daily Wins reminder for each day of the week.

In the Daily Wins reminder, add the following question to the body:

“What are your three wins for TODAY?”

3.  Add Friday Reflection to Your Calendar

Create a recurring Friday Reflection reminder on Friday.

In the Friday Reflection reminder, add the following questions to the body:

“What are three things going well?”

“What are three things to improve?”

Build Your Agile Productivity Habit

The beauty of this approach is that it helps you build the muscle, until it’s a habit. 

You can also add notes to each of your appointment that help you remember how to do it well, or you can add your learnings. 

For example, let’s say on Friday Reflection you realize that you are biting off more than you can chew each week, then in your Monday Vision, add a simple self-check question – “Are you biting off more than you can chew?”
